SBGA-34 Audible Fire Alarm Base Recall (September 18, 2014):

GFI Circuit Breaker Recall (October, 1998):
Siemens is recalling approximately 144,000 two pole Ground Fault Interrupter Circuit Breakers. You can read more here.
